The building, Bentham House, covers a total area of 10,000 square feet, spread across four floors. The building has been designed keeping an ideal teaching-learning environment in focus. Issues such as safety, security, ventilation, free movement & comfort have been taken care of in the building's plan. There is sufficient parking space for cars and two-wheelers. The building has an elevator to access all floors.

Library :

BIML has a well-equipped library situated on first floor: The library is a repository of knowledge and forms a key resource of the institution. It facilitates the dissemination of knowledge, information, insights & opinions for the benefit of the staff and student community. It also seeks to enable our students to keep abreast with the latest trends and advances in their chosen field. The library houses a treasure trove of print and electronic knowledge from curriculum based books, reference material, journals, periodicals, trade magazines to on-line databases and other e-learning media.

	The Library offers the following services : Reading Facility Referencing Photocopying Circulation Video Viewing Computerized Information Search Newspaper Clipping New Arrival List Case Study Collection
	Classrooms : classrooms, situated on the second & third Floors, are modern, air-conditioned, well lit and equipped with the usual white board, digital projection and audio / video equipment. In addition, all classrooms will have WiFi connectivity to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Besides this, Interactive Whiteboards / Smart boards are available to create more impactful & engrossing lecture sessions or presentations.
	Computer Labs : The second & third floors have a computer lab each named Lab Alpha & Lab Beta. These labs are well equipped with the necessary hardware and software facilities as per course requirements. Each lab is so managed as to adapt to the latest technology as & when the need arises. Each computer lab can seat 14 students, other than the instructor. Each student is assigned a computer for practical learning & each lab has a projector to aid teaching.
	Conference Room : A Conference Room, situated on the third floor, has been incorporated in the design of Bentham House. It is the proposed venue for video-conferencing lectures, appraisals, reviews, meetings, training sessions, and induction programs. The Conference Room has a capacity to seat 40 people. The ambience is conducive to discussions, negotiations and decision-making. The conference room is well-equipped with WiFi connectivity & a digital projector.
	Cafe : Incorporating all student needs in the building design, a café has been located on the ground floor. It provides snacks and hot / cold beverages throughout the day. It also provides a milieu for informal exchange between students and staff via a relaxed / friendly and hygienic environment outside the traditional classroom. The café also has a separate recreational space which is designed to be a fun area where students can unwind and bond with each other. The students have a choice between table tennis, caroms & chess.
	Basic Amenities : Bentham House meets all the basic infra structural needs such as a high-quality elevator, a generator, filtered-water dispensers, fire extinguishers and CCTV cameras on every floor level. Security Personnel are employed to keep an eye on matters & the college follows an identity card system for the smooth movement of staff & students within the college premises.
