Eligibility Criteria :


• A First Degree in any discipline, a BTEC Higher National Diploma (e.g. In Business Studies or related disciplines)
• Indian students should have cleared their graduation exams.

Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies aims to develop the following skills :

• Comprehensive understanding of management techniques and ability to apply
• Originality in the application of knowledge, together with a practical understanding of how established techniques of research and enquiry are used to create and interpret knowledge in the area of management

• Ability to develop and apply novel approaches in handling complex and unpredictable situations
• Ability to operate effectively in highly critical situations by dealing effectively with problems and employing a high level of skill, judgement and insight

• Ability to deal with complex issues creatively yet systematically, make sound judgements and communicate their conclusions clearly to specialist and non-specialist audiences
• Demonstration of self-direction and originality in tackling and solving problems

Course Design :


The course follows the British Curriculum. It is a qualification of 270 guided learning hours (GLH) comprising nine units of 30 hours each. To achieve the entire qualification, a learner must successfully complete three core units and six specialist units. The course is structured around formal classes, video-conferencing lectures, seminars, and case studies. In addition, students will be expected to undertake private study. There is a strong emphasis on practical skills development alongside the development of requisite knowledge and understanding in the sector.

Assessment :


Continuous assessments under a clearly specified internal assessment plan. The aim is to test the students against specific learning criteria and generate evidence that demonstrates the development of specialised skills and the application of learning.

Terms & Conditions. Currently offered by Bentham Institute of Management & Languages, Hyderabad. Amount will be the course fee for 1 year (excluding any examination fee), maximum Rs. 1,50,000/-.
